Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. However, we do reserve the right to assess a $25 cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. This time is the therapist's livelihood and income and we feel that it is important to protect that time with proactive policies to keep pricing accessible to all. We thank you for your understanding. 

Late Arrival Policy

Late arrival may cause your session to be shorter as it will still end at the original scheduled time if there is a session scheduled directly after yours. We will make every effort to accommodate a full session if possible, otherwise, we will be happy to reschedule with you.

No Show Policy

Life gets busy and even with reminders we still manage to forget things like meetings and appointments. However, we reserve the right to request payment in full at time of rescheduling and for subsequent appointments. Payment under these circumstances will be non-refundable.
